3.   Plasmic Control division will design and manufacture all Electronic Control systems which must be used with any licensed engine.

4.    Plasmic fuel division creates and mixes all fuel mixtures, packaged or bulk, made and shipped to licensees or unit sales.

    PlasmERG is the  home to all IT/IP products like copyrights, trade secrets, patents or trade marks and will license the process and technology to manufacturers and OEM users. It is also the common research, design, training and consulting, as needed by the licensees, a Central Point. Within PlasmERG, research and design elements from all companies exist so the best overall "combined " design of Hardware, Electronic control and Fuel mixture is found for any requirement, usage or size/power for our Licensees.

    As you can see from the above animation, taken from real 3D engineering Drawings, there are No valves or exposure to Outside as it is a sealed 2 cycle engine that can run efficiently either clockwise or counterclockwise and it will run continually for months on the fuel in the chamber when first filled. With auto refueling, controlled by the Controller, that becomes years.  Top Center is a look at the 1 liter twin and right of that is this engines parts breakout. Isn't 3D drafting great!!. 
   Lower left is the version 3 Electronic Control System, without which the hardware is useless. In the center is the 3 liter 6 Cylinder and on the right you get a chance to look inside the engine, again thanks to 3D drafting. For a real view go to the Plasmic Motor Group section and see Pictures.

How the Plasmic Transition Process(tm) motor system works.

    To start this discussion, this Motor is not, just as the original Papp engine was not, a Pulsed Plasma motor.  Plasma is not retained and pulsed as many others have stated. The plasma is recreated with each power stroke and returns to a steady state on each return stroke thus the name Plasmic Transition for it. The initial power event and creation of plasma, for expansion, is derived from a actuation event creating a Plasmic Transition, expansion, as contained in a sealed 2 cycle Piston and rotating crankshaft system. This is a new system that crosses the previous borders of physics utilizing elements of each to the advantage of the result.
    There are two parallels to explain the Plasmic Transition and power production of this motor in our world.
   First is natural lightning, which uses a almost identical similar Plasmic Transition Process (tm) and second is Live steam which provides the same torque over rotational speed event characteristics. There is nothing comparable in our current internal combustion motors operation.
       
        The single most crucial part of this motor's operation is the Electronic Control System. Our Modern ECS (Figure 2) comprises multiple programmable micro computer controllers, a Radio Frequency Power generator, a HV Spark Coil initiation driver, various electro magnetic Coil voltage switches providing a base (resting) or variable (engine speed) voltage for all cylinder or reaction chamber electro magnetic coils, a DC to 12 Volt DC output converter, a engine speed DC to programmed Variable voltage (3 to 48 Volt) DC converter, a inter controller communications port, a instrument support CAN port, for user panel etc, and action port which receives commands from the user comprising, by not limited to, things like Run, Start, Throttle position, hold speed, Brake application, Brake hard, various motor inputs and Fuel container information. Pretty complex when you consider the first one. See the Plasmic Controller section for more on that.

        Shown here is John Rohner's interpretation, based on old Papp schematics and information provided to Tom Rohner and Tom Miller at Papp International by John Rohner, of the FIRST  Electronic Motor Control, created by Papp International (Figure 1). The operation is via a single signal provided at Top Dead Center (TDC), of the cylinder 1 Piston, by the crankshaft position sensor. This synchronizes the multi vibrator (1) Oscillator that is the input to a Binary Counter (2) creating a Binary number that directly addresses the two Cylinder Read Only Memories (ROMs),  (3) and (4), which switch on a signal, or signals, based on how each single address was programmed, to drive the Coils, actuator, Speed or Run coil voltages and all others. This is based on a specific programmed, one time, fixed, Timing as required for this piston's cycle as permanently pre programmed into the PROM's. You can see they are connected to various switched points on each of the two cylinders. This timing is relative to degrees of rotation of the Crank as related to the Cylinder 1 piston position in the operational cycle. The timing table, to create the proper sequencing, is programmed for each Cylinders Operation into that Cylinders Programmable Read Only memory. PROM 3 is for Cylinder 1 and PROM 2, with all values 180 degrees out of phase, is for Cylinder 2 and shows affects all the electrical changes needed to make the engine work and keep the signals synchronized with the positional pulse. This is a FIXED Timing Table so it does not adapt to speed or load changes.
       This schematic is a best guess, using The Papp original Schematic, as supplied way back in the early 80s timeframe, pictures, videos and discussions with persons who knew it and the sketches that John sent up for Tom Rohner and Tom Miller to use.  This has been checked and simulated and does work in a very limited way, as it did in 1982/3.  This was the single most significant part of the Papp historical Motor lineage. This, not some gas mixture, was why it worked. Had it not been this controller the process would have remained a toy.
PlasmERG has now proven the motor hardware design and the Gas mixtures can be many things, But without control it FAILS.
    Our Electronic control system is many times more powerful, and flexible, than this. But this is the most famous. The Mother of all. 








































        Unfortunately after Papp's death instead of keeping what worked, as the above did, or designing new, expanded and more flexible controllers the decision was made by Robert Rohner to take a GIANT step backward. No one seems to know why this Controllerwhich worked great even though limited to 1000 RPM , was thrown out for an ancient, unproven and unreliable Relay System on the next set of test Motors based on the Papp International IP. This decision is most probably was what kept these motors from progressing further. Without control the engine will not work! 
A critical decision, and mistake, by Robert Rohner.
    The motors made after this running version, for testing, sold by Rohner Engineering for $50k each, used a clumsy mechanical relay design. This control system used many relays, very similar to the controller actually presented by Papp in his patents except replacing the SCRs with Relays.
         As a matter of simple history, all monies raised for research, by CEI and others, was spent on Gas mixtures. Nothing was spent on learning how and why the motor worked or developing the Plasmic Transition Process (tm) further. None of the money or time was spent to actually create a viable producible motor until now. BUT, We DID at PlasmERG

    We hope this helps some of you understand this motor and how it actually operates. We have made many modernization's and brought it up to current science and this is all represented in our Patents etc. The old motor is just too clunky for most things.     The Plasmic Control Electronic Control SYSTEM, SEE PLASMIC CONTROL SECTION , is THE key element in the Engines design and operation.

   For Comparison here is the Schematic for one version of the new PlasmERG Controller. It is very aware of the engine and very flexible which makes it VERY SAFE. BUT, PlasmERG has gone 3 Generations past this for even better SAFETY. That is WHO WE ARE!!!.

Please do not confuse this advanced process motor with the so called "Pulsed Plasma Motor ". There is no such thing. It is a "marketing" name used by one company, without a patent, to raise money by making it sound "Magic". Anyone who understands plasma could tell you this.  Plasma is Created,  expands and returns to the "steady" gaseous state for the next cycle to rebuild.  No Pulse needed.
